General Policies


✔Operating Hours
Daycare: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Boarding: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

✔ Booking Time Slots
Morning Drop-offs/Pick-ups: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM / 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 4:00 PM- 5:00 PM.
Evening Drop-offs/Pick-ups: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.  

✔ Drop-off and Pick-up Policies
15-minutes grace period for drop-offs/pick-ups within your reserved time slot.
Late Fees: $8 extra after 15 minutes beyond reserved time slot.
Early Fees: $8 extra before 15 minutes ahead reserved time slot.
Late night pick-up fee waived until 7:00 PM, after which it converts to an overnight stay (+$50).
Extended Care Rate: Applicable if boarding exceeds +2 hours of the 24-hour period from drop off time

✔ Cancellation Policies
Daycare Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Boarding Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.  
 
✔ Health and Safety Policies
Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations is required before the first stay.
Health: Pets must be free of contagious diseases and parasites. If a pet shows signs of illness, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Flea Control: All pets must be on a regular flea control program. Pets with fleas will be treated at the owner's expense and may be refused for future services.

✔ Behavior Policies
Crate Training: For the safety and comfort of all pets, we recommend crate training. However, we can accommodate pets that are not crate-trained with prior notice.
Aggressive Behavior: Pets showing signs of aggressive behavior may be separated and potentially refused for future services.

✔ Payment Policies
Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the policy guidelines.

✔ Special Requests
Dietary Needs: Please inform us of any special dietary requirements.
We can store raw food and accommodate specific feeding instructions.
Medication: We can administer medication as per your instructions.
Please provide clear written instructions and necessary supplies.
